How do you differentiate your company from your parent, especially one with deep roots in the global oil and gas industry?
SBM Atlantia retained Easterly to design an entirely new online presence to clearly articulate the scope and depth of its offshore facilities and equipment offerings. The new web site features everything you’d want to know about the company — rich heritage, broad capabilities, innovative technologies, career opportunities — as well as drawing a portrait of the soul of the company. In addition to project descriptions, equipment and facilities specifications, technology conference papers, SBM Atlantia’s new site features an entire section dedicated to the company’s people and their commitment to giving back to their communities.
The site’s navigation is intuitively designed and streamlined to lead users to the information they seek in as few mouse clicks as possible, and its infrastructure employs Content Management System, or CMS, to alleviate the company’s site-related IT burden, maintain oversight and provide ease of updates.
The site, designed, edited and produced by the Easterly creative, interactive and editorial teams, went live in early February 2010.
