When Plains All American Pipeline decided to issue and Initial Public Offering for its natural gas storage company, they hired Easterly to help them develop and establish their public-facing image. Easterly developed new branding for the PAA Natural Gas Storage company, designed the cover for the S-1 statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and designed and executed a website for the new entity. The trick was to make sure that the new company’s brand not stray too far from the parent company’s positioning while securely identifying PAA Natural Gas Storage’s relationship to Plains All American.
