When Belmont Village Senior Living determined that the trend to online marketing held true for the seniors housing industry, the company turned to Easterly to develop a new, feature-rich online presence. The evolution of the company’s service offerings, the need to provide easy access to information about any and all of the company’s 21 facilities and the introduction of new online technologies and all helped drive Belmont Village’s decision undertake the remaking of its web site, the fourth site in the company’s history.
The new site, which went live in late August, features a completely new look and feel, a branded design and enhanced, easy-to-use navigation tools. Its infrastructure employs Content Management System, or CMS, that helps alleviate the company’s site-related IT burden and maintain oversight. Furthermore, improved Customer Relations Management, or CRM, promotes better lead generation. The new and improved site also features expanded descriptions of various Belmont Villages nationwide and provides sections for additional innovations, collaborations and future enhancements.
