Matthew Easterly, Co-Principal
Matthew Easterly assumes his role as Co-Principal of Easterly & Company after five years with the company as Manager of Corporate Communications Strategies. His expertise in strategic communications has served Fortune 500 companies throughout the US. After graduating from Texas State University, he worked for the HEB Company before returning to Houston. Matthew shares responsibility for strategic planning and business development. He sits on the executive council of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics – Houston, and also oversees the company’s aerospace clients.
Kathy Bintz Fertitta, Co-Principal
Kathy began her marketing career at Eastman Kodak in Rochester, New York. She moved to Houston in 1980 to become Communications Director at Abercrombie and Fitch. In 1996, she joined Creative Retail Packaging (CRP), and became President the following year. During her tenure, CRP grew from a $4 million Houston-based company to over a $25 million dollar enterprise with sales offices in Houston, North Carolina, Chicago and Seattle, and logistics warehouses in Houston and North Carolina. In 2006 and 2007, she was an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. In 2007, she retired from CRP for a position as Adjunct Professor at the Page Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Miami University of Ohio, and now serves as Co-Principal of
Easterly & Company.
